Use the Level Finder on the home page or start with Beginner and move up after the first assessment. If you’re unsure, choose the level where you can understand ~70% comfortably.
Do you offer certificates?
Yes. We issue completion certificates for most courses after you pass the final checkpoint (attendance + quiz requirements may apply depending on the program).
Is there a refund policy?
We provide a fair refund policy aligned with consumer standards. If you’re within the eligible window, contact support with your order details and we’ll guide you through the process.
What payment methods are supported?
Major cards and other secure methods via our payment partners. If a payment fails, try another card or contact your bank to allow online transactions.
Can I switch courses after enrolling?
